Well, okay, I lied. There is no such thing as "ultimate" foam furniture, because there isn’t even a market for such a concept to work itself up to the ultimate level. But, nevertheless, this foam thing seems like a good idea.

The furniture could be bought flattened from Atelier International in NYC. A child’s chair costs $63 and an armchair below costs $588. When you get home and let the piece out into the open air, it will expand into normal furniture. The material is dense enough to allow you to sit comfortably and is heavy enough to not collapse while you’re sitting on it.
