Earth Trek has dubbed their webcam the "hottest webcam" in the world. All boasts aside, it’s still a pretty nifty unit. It packs a 1.3-megapixel camera, VGA capture abilities, auto focus / auto brightness and a 2-port USB hub. Those extra peripheral ports sure do seem handy.

Hello Kitty Netbook Out Now – Cute and Expensive

In case you were wondering, Sanrio’s Hello Kitty will not be sitting out the netbook wars. Enter the Hello Kitty-branded netbook. The adorable feline’s first-ever netbook is actually quite the looker. It’s packing the usual 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 CPU. The unit also sports 1GB DDR2 SDRAM, a 954 GSE Express chipset and a 120GB hard drive. The screen is your standard 10.1-inches and the cute computer also has two USB ports, a 1.3 megapixel webcam and WiFi.

ASUS Releases Touchscreen Desktop Computer Tomorrow in Taiwan

ASUS is releasing their 15.6-inch touchscreen EEE Top computer tomorrow in Taipei. ASUS will release the unit at a formal press conference. The unit has a 15.6-inch touchscreen LCD, a 160GB hard disk, 802.11.n WiFi, some 4-watt speakers, and a 1.3 megapixel webcam. The Top runs on a 1.6GHz Atom N270 processor. It also sports an ATI HD3450 graphics card. ASUS has yet to release pricing and when the unit will be available in other countries than Taiwan. Sources speculate it will cost around $499.

ASUS Releases Details on ET 1602 / ET1603 Eee Top All-in-one PCs

ASUS has finally released details regarding their ET1602 / ET1603 Eee Top all-in-one PCs. The company has decided to host official details for both units on their website. Both rigs boast a 15.6-inch touchscreen LCD, a 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 CPU, 1GB of DDR2 RAM, a 160GB 5,400 RPM hard drive, 1.3-megapixel webcam, gigabit Ethernet, 802.11n WiFi, a pair of stereo speakers, two USB 2.0 ports, a multicard reader, audio in / out and a nifty handle to help with lugging them around. The ET1602 features an integrated graphics set while the ET1603 includes a discrete ATI Mobility Radeon HD3450. The company did not fess up on pricing or a release date, however.

Thecus Announces their N3200 Pro NAS Will Feature an AMD Geode CPU

Thecus Technology has reworked their their N3200 and announced their N3200 Pro. The brand new NAS will now feature an AMD Geode CPU. The device has features aplenty, including three SATA drive bays for up to 3TB of storage, optional Raid 5 striping and an LCD display. The unit will also offer photo, iTunes and DLNA-compatible server options as well as browser-based management. The N3200 Pro will also offer a service called the "Web Surveillance Server," which will allow uses to take regularly scheduled photographs just by plugging in a USB webcam.
The company has yet to release any pricing or availability but the previous N3200 model costs $339.
