Golden Shellback Waterproof Coating for Cellphones and Gadgets Now Available

Golden Shellback has been touting their extraordinary gadget waterproofing treatment since July, and now it is finally available for purchase. It comes with a caveat, however. If you want your cellphone or other important gadget to avoid ruination by an accidental toilet drop, you are going to have to send the it to the company so they can wrap it in "vacuum deposited film." The coatings come with a 30 day warranty though. Here is a list of how much you’ll be paying to keep your beloved gadget dry:
Blackberry Pearl $120.00 per unit coated
Apple IPod Shuffle $60.00 per unit coated
Apple IPod Touch $120.00 per unit coated
Lansing IPod Speaker Orbit M $60.00 per unit coated
Garmin GPS etrex $75.00 per unit coated
West Marine Vhf 55 Radio $120.00 per unit coated
Speakers (no enclosures) up to 8 inches in diameter $100 each $180 pair

Do you ever wonder how dirty your mouse gets? I mean you have this little thing that is attached to your computer for it’s duration, which can be anywhere from 2-5 years, and never once does the mouse get sanitized. Gross. Well, for all you germaphobes, your prayers have been answered. It’s called the The Belkin Washable Mouse. It has a cool design in which the scroll wheel is changed into a "scroll pad" that requires just a touch to let you scroll vertically or horizontally, which translates to: completely waterproof!
Now you can breath easy because all those boogers, hand gunk, and germs will come right off in the sink, and your mouse will come out smelling clean, fresh and good as new.
