The iPod Touch can finally join its brother, the iPhone 3G, in offering Google Street View. You’ll have to jailbreak your Touch in order to use it, however. Apple offers no word on when and if the iPod Touch will receive a legitimate use of Google Street View. It probably won’t be long considering the recent iPhone firmware 2.2 upgrade featured legit functionality.

Also, the video below highlights another coup for the iPod Touch. The 2G Touch is pitted against an original Touch, an original iPhone and a 3G iPhone in a game of TouchSport Tennis. It handily beats all three in load times. Not bad, little guy.
