Belkin and Monster announced that they won’t be able to make their deadline of Winter CES to showcase their new wireless HDMI technology.

The wireless system is said to be able to toggle between 6 different audio/video sources, up to full 1080p, wirelessly across the room and through walls.

Sony showcased similar technology recently that is limited to Sony products but the Belkin/Monster solution is universal. Latest release date is 2Q 2009.

The so-called DIY bio diesel procedure is a not so simple 8 step procedure that would produce around 20 gallons of fuel per cycle.

The Biobot costs $5000.

The technology world is astir with the announcement of Bill Gates’ new company called bgC3. Not much is known about the new venture except that there is a website displaying the logo.

Popular belief is that the company is a think tank and will be used to create catalyst business ideas for Microsoft and other companies. Only time will tell. Whatever it does, the world will be watching.

GoDaddy is offering 1-Year Domain Name Registration for $1.99 with code 199TEST. A 20 cent ICANN fee applies, making it $2.19 per domain.

Yahoo also offers a $1.99 domain registration, but there are all sorts of strings attached, and they are not an ICANN registrar, so MelbourneIT becomes your registrar.

GoDaddy is an ICANN registrar, and they are the best we’ve used so far.
