The Victor Multi-Kill electronic Mouse Trap seeks to "terminate" your rodent infestation by the power of 10. The trap features a "Shock N’ Drop" chamber that delivers a high-voltage jolt to the mouse, killing it within 3 seconds. The chamber then swivels, dropping the mouse carcass into the chamber of death that can hold up to 10 mouse carcasses before you need to empty it.

Batteries are included with purchase and are said to be good for 150 "death" charges before needing replacement. I feel sorry for mouse #151 who gets delivered a half-deadly shock.

This 100% kill rate trap costs $99.99 and is currently on backorder.

Not from Dr. Who, but LG’s laser XM-900 mouse sports a "4D scrolling wheel." Will it transport you to the Continuum? You’ll have to lay out the 20 bucks to find out.

Not much info on this new version of Microsoft’s laser mouse, but we do have pics. It seems that the finger and thumb grooves have been removed and the surfaces have been smoothed all over. The thumb inset appears to be much deeper, and the thumb buttons have also been streamlined to be thinner.

Yes, you read that correctly – a mouse that reads veins, not fingerprints or irises or some other body part.

Dust-Off Keyboard Quiver – Best Case Name for 2007

Usefulness and such aside, Dust-Off at least gave their keyboard (and stuff) case a great name. "Keyboard Quiver"; gotta love that. It can hold a variety of gadgets in addition to a keyboard, including (of course) a mouse, a cell phone, etc., etc., measuring 21X12X6 inches. Looks plenty comfy, too. It’ll be $70 when it’s released in October.

Newton Mogo Mouse Is Surely Awfully Small

The Newon Mogo Mouse X54 fits inside an ExpressCard 54 slot, which already means it’s incredibly thin and small. Add in its wireless presentation remote mode with laser pointer, and it’s a useful little bugger. But, for some, the key word there is "little." Those people blessed or cursed with large hand might find this a little uncomfortable. Gnomes will love it, I’m sure, when it arrives in August.
