White House Officials May Force Obama to Ban His BlackBerry from Oval Office

Barack Obama is quite the fan of the BlackBerry. However, there are actual laws in place that all but bar Obama’s gadget from the Oval Office. Potentially.
The law in question is the Presidential Records Act, which requires all official correspondance to be made available for public domain. This means 3 a.m. BlackBerry emails will have to be curbed considerably. However, aides to the president-elect say he has a laptop at the ready to sit on the historic Oval Office desk.
Samsung Releases Q310-34P Laptop – Reviews Are In

Samsung has released their Q310-34P ultra-portable laptop. The folks over at Laptop Magazine reviewed it and it was found to be "handsome," the performance "smooth" and the endurance adequate.
The laptop has a 13.3-inch screen and it’s glossy display received special attention from Laptop Magazine. The only thing bad that can be said about it is the price, which clocks in at about $1,200.

Quite the novel concept. This deal has been going on since last year in certain areas but Amazon really gives it the mass-market push it deserves.

Dell Releases Red Mini Inspiron Mini 9 Netbook in Japan Today

Dell has released a red version of their popular Inspiron Mini 9 for the Japanese market. The red netbook will finally be released today in Japan, after being rumored to exist since May. Dell Japan has also announced the Inspiron Mini 9 Platinum Package, which features a 32GB SSD for ¥54,980 or about $565.The company offers no word when or if the Red Mini will be coming to America.
MacMall Offers MacBook Air Deal – With Parallels Just $1150

MacMall is selling the previous-gen MacBook Air for $1150 after a $100 mail-in rebate. The unit will ship for free.
