		<description><![CDATA[In most web browsers the Stop button and Refresh button both appear before the Address Bar. Here&#8217;s how to make both appear before the Address Bar in Internet Explorer 8.

Right-click on the Menu Bar -&#62; go down to Customize -&#62; then click Show Stop and Refresh Buttons before Address Bar.
