news Restaurants To Accept Reservations OnlineRestaurants To Accept Reservations Online

This is technology in which America should have perfected ages ago. About 7,000 high-end restaurants around the world are using OpenTable, including a high number of restaurants from New York and San Francisco. It is free to business owners and can retrieve details in less time than it takes to make a phone call. OpenTable can also record important information about the customers, including food and table preferences, as well as personal "quirks." One customer, for example, who brings a wide assortment of dates to the same restaurant, has added instructions to his profile to "not be treated like a regular."

In this ever-expanding, albeit sluggish, society, this is just another thing that helps to use our time more efficiently. With reservations being made online, and food being delivered to your home, the only available action left is to hire someone to do your cooking for you. But, oh wait, we technically have that, too. What will we think of next?

Any users that are familiar with the Facebook social-network system would have noticed many changes in its layout and settings. Many fun things were created as a way for members to pass the time at home (or often enough, at work), including new games, including Tetrish, the spinoff of Tetris. Red Bull and Facebook teamed up to bring you "Roshambull," which has a seemingly "rock-paper-scissors" type of style. Facebook members can challenge each other  and rake up a high-score. While it’s no strip poker, it’s still a cool idea.

ati ATI HD2400 / 2600 Shipping Now

AMD is now shipping ATI Radeon™ HD 2400 and ATI Radeon™ HD 2600 graphics processors. Both deliver DirectX® 10 gaming and high definition video for Windows Vista®.

The new graphics cards will be available at online retailers within a few weeks from board customers including Asus, Club 3D, Diamond Multimedia, GeCube, Gigabyte, HIS, MSI, Palit, PowerColor, Sapphire and VisionTek.

The ATI Radeonâ„¢ HD 2400 and ATI Radeonâ„¢ HD 2600 cards are designed for use in entry-level and mainstream systems, in which the UVD technology is beneficial for watching high definition movies.

In contrast, the ATI Radeonâ„¢ HD 2900 XT is a high-end desktop card for gaming enthusiasts, and designed to be used in high-performance PCs with the fastest CPUs. In these environments, the CPU can perform software decoding of HD video without being overburdened and UVD technology is not required. The user will get a high-quality video experience (including watching Blu-ray or HD DVD movies) with any ATI Radeonâ„¢ HD 2000 series card.
