If you stop by you’ll instantly receive 100 bonus minutes and if you bring an enlisted friend you’ll net an extra 200 minutes. If you refer a customer to T-Mobile tomorrow, you’ll receive a $25 dollar credit on your next bill. Also, anyone who subcsribes to T-Mobile@Home tomorrow will receive their first month for free. A new app is available which allows users to control their Rovio from the comfort of their iPhone or iPod Touch. This comes as no surprise to those of you used to controlling the bot via WowWee’s browser-based interface. However, the app is a full-fledged program that gives you a larger view of the Rovio’s webcam feed, and even allows you to use the iPhone or iPod Touch’s built-in accelerometer to control it. The app is free and available now.

The NY Times reports that Google has created an app for the iPhone that will give the handset advanced voice recognition. The app will be able to answer user-generated location questions (Like finding the nearest Home Depot), give driving directions, respond to random questions, and even search data from an address book.

It works by recording something you say and uploading it to Google’s servers. Then, it crunches the data and returns with an answer within seconds. The app will be free and should be available for download by as soon as next week.

The BlackBerry Bold is now free at Walmart if you are willing to sign a two year contract with AT&T. This comes after a rebate, of course. Head on over to Walmart for the deal and make sure you fill out those rebate forms afterwards.

If you would prefer to write your iPhone emails in landscape mode, you are in luck. Firemail has just released an app for the "little phone that could" that does just that. The best part is, wait for it, wait for it. It’s free. Free! As in, zilch dinero. TouchType released a similar application last month but theirs is a buck. Something tells me their program has just been made obsolete. Sorry guys. If a competitor of McDonald’s created a "free menu" to combat their popular dollar menu, which one would you choose? It’s not like any of it tastes that good anyways.
