NASA Astronaut Loses Tool bag in Space – Viewed Via Telescope

NASA astronaut Heidi Stefanyshyn-Piper lost a tool bag valued at $100,000 in space last week. This caused countless would-be astronomers to boot up their telescopes to see if they could spot the pricey bag floating around space.
Someone succeeded. A short video has been posted claiming to be the aforementioned bag careening around the cosmos. Below is his video, and after that is a video of the original "Oh crap" moment when Stefanyshyn-Piper lost the bag:
Smart Suit

I-Garment’s new firefighter "smart" suit was invented to improve the safety of firefighters and aid communications during disaster relief.
This apparel has already been approved by the European Space Agency in field tests involving fire situations.
The "smart" suit can monitor rescue workers’ positions and their vital signs via sensors strategically located on the suit.
Mars Rover Bag Test Is Deemed Favorable

Engineers of the European Space Agency are in the works to create a technology that could be used to ease the landing for a European rover (ExoMars) scheduled to land on the red planet. The result is much like an extra large airbag.
The ESA has run a test with the airbag for about a month and a half and have come with favorable results. The important test, experts say, will be to demonstrate that it could "land in the horizontal without changing its position." There are discussions of the request for Russia’s help, as a means to require a Proton launcher from the Russian space agency, the Roskosmos.
For the time being, the engineers hope to perfect the technology in time for the ExoMars mission.
