AT&T Purchases Centennial Commucations Corp for $944 Million
AT&T bought Centennial Communications Corp today for $944 million. The move was intended to improve AT&T’s coverage in the Midwest, Southeast and Puerto Rico. The purchase will add over 1.1 million customers to the company’s 79.4 million person base.
