Sweden ISP Data Center Looks Like Dr. Evil’s Secret Lair

Sweden’s largest ISP, Pionen, is the world’s craziest data center. It looks like one of Dr. Evil’s secret lairs. The data center is located in Stockholm, Sweden in an old nuclear bunker, 100 feet below the surface.

The center staffs 15 lucky full-time employees behind its 16 inch steel doors in a work environment that simulates daylight, has greenhouses, waterfalls and a gigundo salt water fish tank.

The data center is secure enough to withstand a hydrogen bomb while still protecting your valuable servers. Backup power is taken care of by two Maybach German submarine engines and has triple redundancy internet backbone access essentially making it the "best-connected place in Europe."
