Samsung SS 700 Concept Integrates Camera with Digital Frame

A digital picture frame that’s also a camera. Or, a camera that’s also a digital picture frame. Either way, Samsung’s concept SS 700 is interesting, but I do have one question: isn’t a digital picture frame supposed to be, you know, stationary? And, a camera, you know, portable? Okay, maybe I’m being a luddite here, but I’m not getting it. Other than the coolness factor; it has that en masse.
