Objet tells world of their Alaris 30 Desktop 3D Printer

Print on you crazy diamond! Printer magnates Objet have announced a new entry into the budding "3D printer for home use" war. They call it the Alaris 30 Desktop 3D printer and it comes equipped with a fancy name to define what it does. PolyJet Photopolymer Jetting. Say that five times fast. You’ll end up with a 3D stomach ache.
The compact unit produces 600 x 600 dpi objects up to 11.5 x 7.7 x 5.9 inches in size, which is larger than the paltry five inch cube of last year’s Desktop Factory printer. Let’s keep this war going until we can print out 3D cars, homes and girlfriends. Weird Science, here we come.
