Motorola To Release Bluetooth O ROKR Pro Sunglasses

Okay, first there’s the name: "O ROKR Pro." Why the "O"? Am I missing something simple? Then, there’s the look. I simply can’t imagine these being attractive on anyone with a normally shaped skull. Finally, there’s no word on the quality of the glass, and poor sunglass optics is worse than wearing no sunglasses at all.

Now for the positives. They’re Bluetooth, which is mighty convenient, they should last five hours on a charge, which is reasonable, and you’ll be able to control the player from the sunglasses themselves via AVRCP. So, it’s not a total loss.

No word on pricing or availability. I guess it all comes down to whether you see any rational reason to combine your sunglasses with your earphones.
