Intel Core i7 is Benchmarked and Beats Core 2 Extreme in Most Areas

The print magazine PC World Greece benchmarked three powerful Nehalem desktop processors recently – The Core i7 Extreme Edition 965, the Core i7 920 and Core i7 940. All three units performed admirably but the 965 came out ahead as the victor. The Core i7 Extreme Edition 965 finished with 5,716 marks. The 940 and 920 finished with 5,282 and 4,818 marks respectively.
