Griffin AirCurve Amplifies iPhone Sound Without Power

Who needs to power their iPhone? I’ve been using mine all day, on the phone and listening to music, and it hasn’t been plugged in for two whole days. Hell, I’m using it right now. Plug it in once a month if you have to. That’s why Griffin is getting ready to release their AirCurve, an iPhone dock that amplifies music playing using excellent design (note, a series of tubes). It’s actually a great idea, keeping the price down while giving people a stylish and pretty neat non-electronic device to play with. The claim is the sound quality is better than most speakers, which considering how poor the iPhone’s speakers are, seems unbelievable. But for $20, I’d test that theory.
