Epson P-3000 Portable Media Player

Epson is more famous for making printers than portable media players, but that did not stop them from unveiling the Epson P-3000. This hard drive-based portable media player comes with 40GB worth of storage space and plays H.264 format videos on its 4" display. While the P-3000 gets three hours of playback time for video, it performs at double that time for audio, nothing impressive to be sure, as the disparity between video and audio playback time is usually much more than that. Forking out $499 for it seems pretty steep. I think most people would prefer to stick to their 80GB iPod Videos despite the smaller screen size.
